Inverted Picanha Recipe

Learn how to cook rump steak in an unusual way: turned inside out and stuffed. The result can only be very juicy and tasty! If you don't know how to make it, pay attention to this inverted picanha recipe filled with provolone that I share with you at specialfood. Follow the step by step and surprise the family!

Ingredients for making Inverted Picanha:

 1 kilogram of sirloin

 300 grams of provolone cheese

 2 units of Tuscan sausage

 Black pepper

 coarse salt

How to make Inverted Picanha:

To make this steak recipe in the oven, you need to invert the piece of meat. To do this, use a sharp knife and make a cut inside the piece of meat, on the widest part, separating the top from the bottom and without piercing the sides.

Cut off the hard part of the fat and, with your hand inside the steak, pull the other end outwards, until the steak is completely overturned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff the inverted picanha with the provolone cut into cubes and the sausages cut in two halves lengthwise. Close the opening with a skewer stick or string and roast on the barbecue or in the oven at 180ÂșC for about 1 hour.

Tip: You can vary the filling and also use bacon and chopped vegetables.

After that time, check if the inverted picanha is cooked to your taste and cut into slices. Serve with egg farofa with pepperoni or baked potato with paprika and don't forget to try the steak recipe in the pressure cooker. Bon appetit and let us know in the comments what you think of this recipe!
